She also obtained 6 months of clinical experience working in a geriatric ward and stroke clinic at the Brighton and Sussex University, NHS trust in UK in 2022.
Currently, Dr Shwe holds a public position at Monash Health as a geriatrician and she looks after 2 aged care facilities of Monash Health as a Monash Health geriatrician. She also currently holds a position of an adjunct lecturer at the faculty of medicine at Monash University.
